After being awarded ISO 9001 management certification in 2020, the Ad-Vance Engineering team has further demonstrated our commitment to sustainable manufacturing and production by attaining the globally recognised environmental standard, ISO 14001:2015. This has been achieved by focusing our efforts on reducing energy and material consumption as well as eliminating waste across our business and supply chain.
Central to the achievement has been our commitment to reduce waste to landfill by processing all ferrous and non-ferrous scrap metals on site before being sold to other manufacturers or collected for recycling by fully approved supply chain partners.
Thanks to close monitoring and management, we have full traceability of our waste reduction scheme, up to the point of disposal and beyond. All waste oils and packaging resulting from our manufacturing processes are also consumed, reused or recycled with minimal impact on the environment.
